How does it work?

- We match your desired temp, temp to perm or permanent situation in your area of expertise and location with potential pharmacies.
- We present opportunities to you complete with necessary information such as salary, benefits, bonuses, schedule, responsibilities, etc.
- After you review the position, simply provide feedback to us and whether you would like to schedule an in-person or phone interview first--or work as a temp.
- We will schedule all the phone or in-person interviews you need to assist you in making a career change and arrange travel, if necessary.

Referral Bonus Program:
Refer a friend and earn $$! When a pharmacist is placed in a permanent position, you earn a $500. bonus for a pharmacist placed; refer a pharmacist for a temporary position and earn $500. after the pharmacist works 500 hours.
Annual Appreciation Bonus: Just for working you can earn an annual appreciation bonus of up to $1,000. Qualify by working more than 1300 hours in a year:

Optional affordable benefits at employee's cost: personal short-term disability, long-term care, personal cancer protection, personal recovery plus, personal hospital intensive care insurance, personal accident expense plan, personal sickness and indemnity plan.
Pre-Paid Legal Services:
Pre-paid legal services are designed to meet the most common legal expenses encountered by employees and their families. Plan benefits authorized in Alaska help those with identity theft concerns. Membership is as low as $15.90 per month. This is an optional employee benefit that is fully paid by the employee as automatic payroll deductions. In the event that an employee does not work in a given week, payroll deductions are collected on the following week. If an employee does not have a payroll check for four weeks, the employee is given the option to continue the plan on their own or to cancel the plan.
